Reflections & Takeaways:

I learned two most important lessons through the 30 Days UI Challenge. Self-initiative and self-disciplined. I organized and initiated a group of people to participate in this challenge together. My duties included sharing design briefs in the morning, and encouraging and providing feedback on other participants' daily designs. Since I organized and took a leadership role, I felt more pressure to push myself forward to successfully complete the challenge. It was a growth experience for me both as a person and as a designer.
